To cancel your account, please login to our eBilling site by going to .  Once logged in, click "My Hosting Packages", than choose the hosting package you wish to cancel.  Scroll down and you will see a link to cancel your hosting account.

You will receive an email back confirming you were cancelled at such time. If you don't get this email back within 24 hours.

We will try refund you the same day we get the request. However, please allow up to 7 days for your credit card to post the refund.
